The 'Calculus Of Self Healing' (COSH)
The following article forms part of the SHALL (Self Heal And Live Life) System - details about how you can access other work from the SHALL System - will be provided in the Lesson Index at the end of this work.
INTRODUCTION
This concept - ‘Calculus Of Self Healing’ (COSH) - is one of the fundamental aspects of the SHALL (Self Heal And Live Life) System – the reader will come across it time and time again as her/his understanding deepens – but we introduce it here as a very simple healing tool.
The SHALL System is a ‘mind based’ – operating system – meaning that the individual through the use of their ‘mind’ – sets into ‘motion’ – and then ‘maintains’ the ‘natural’ - ‘healing function’/’programs’ of the body.
This is carried out through certain daily, specific exercises and practices. If these are practiced, the ‘mechanism’ for ‘Self Healing’ will take place. This is the first aspect of the ‘Self Healing’ 'equation.'
The second aspect of the ‘Self Healing’ 'equation' is the ‘physical body’ – the ‘acts’ and ‘actions’/'habits’ of the body. These should not ‘negate’/’cancel out’ the first aspect – the ‘mind’ aspect of the 'equation.’ If anything the ‘physical acts’ must/should be ‘complimentary’ to the ‘thought’/ ‘mind’ affirmations – that are carried out. These are the ‘Self Healing’ affirmations, which the reader will - make to them self.
Together both the ‘thought aspect’ and ‘physical acts aspect’ can be looked upon as a ‘Calculus Of Self Healing’ (COSH.) The idea is to ensure that your 'physical acts' do not negate your ‘Self Healing’ 'aspirations' /'intentions’/'desire.' If this ‘calculus’ is in the positive – namely, that your ‘physical actions’ do not negate your ‘thought intentions’ – then the body will proceed to self heal.
A large part of the SHALL System therefore is occupied with the individual looking at their ‘physical actions’ / ‘activities’ / ‘habits’ and consciously determining for themselves – that they choose actions which are positive in relation to the ‘Calculus Of Self Healing’ and avoid those 'acts' /'actions'/'habits' that are negative.
COSH AND POSITIVE ACTION
What the ‘Calculus Of Self Healing’ does is that it provides the individual with a way of looking at their health and healing program. Please note - we are not referring to a program that you 'create' for your body - no - we are referring to an 'innate' and 'natural' - 'Self Healing' program/process - which takes place 'automatically' - in other words, despite yourself! - You can assist this process, by the more you 'get out of its way!'
COSH is a positive and practical way for the individual to look at their health and ‘Self Healing’ – and then through an understanding of the ‘Calculus Of Self Healing’ – motivate them to avoid actions that go against ‘Self Healing’ and encourage those that do.
'GIANT STEPS'
The individual may be in a position to take 'giant steps' in their lives, such as for example – giving up smoking, which can be regarded as a negative action to ‘Self Healing.’
'SMALL STEPS'
The individual will also be encouraged through the use of the ‘calculus’ to take 'smaller steps'/actions for example, to become aware of the effects of their 'emotions,' their 'emotional state' and how it affects their health in the 'medium' to 'long term' - and then through recognising this take small steps i.e. avoiding certain people or situations.
With knowledge of the purpose of ‘Self Healing,’ such 'small steps' can be ‘aggregated’ and the individual will be able to map out the progress they are making by considering both the 'giant steps'/actions and the 'small steps' – it is this 'aggregation' of 'physical acts' – which makes the ‘Calculus Of Self Healing’ a very powerful and useful tool in ‘Self Healing.’
