INTRODUCTION

​

We all have memory of the 'Feminine energy' or 'Feminine power.'  Its Presence is as early as our conception - from within the Matrix of the womb.  It was with us there and its nurturing Presence continued at our mothers breast and has never left. 

​

In truth, this 'Feminine energy' can never leave us since it is present in 'Life' itself.

​

THE DIVINE FEMININE

​

Traditionally, it is regarded as the 'soft' and 'healing' aspects of 'Universal Consciousness' - 'The Divine.' 

​

THE 'GENERATIVE'  & 'CREATIVE'

​

This 'Feminine energy' moves way beyond crass physical sexuality - a manner in which it is often portrayed and exploited.   Yes it is potent with 'sexual power,' but its 'essence' is much much more.  It is at its core - 'generative'  and 'creative' power.  The 'generative' and 'creative' power in all things. 

​

Therefore, the 'softness,' of this 'feminine' aspect of 'Universal Consciousness' - should not be mistaken for 'weakness' - it is often 'subtle' and 'indirect' - but not weak.  Its 'softness' is its 'receptive nature' - its ability to receive and welcome all things, its ability to adapt to all - to 'understand' and to 'nourish' all.

FEMININE ENERGY & HEALING

​

The diminution of 'Feminine energy,' can lead to illness and ill health and therefore it is imperative for both men and women to understand and nurture this Feminine aspect of 'Universal Consciousness.' 

​

CULTIVATING FEMININE ENERGY

​

This energy cannot be taken lightly and neither can it be taken for granted, for whilst She is ever 'present' and 'gracious' she abides with 'softness' - and with the 'humble.'

She especially abides where there is 'pain,' 'suffering' and 'illness.'  Virtually all religious and spiritual traditions recognize this. 

​

This energy being 'subtle,' will often appear as 'yielding,' not directly challenging opposition.  This attribute gives us an indication of at least one way it can be 'cultivated,' as a 'healing mechanism.'  Like the raindrop which continually over time erodes the mountain, so too, is Her power - which can defeat any obstacle through 'Patience,' 'Time' and 'Wisdom' - that 'common sense,' drawn from experience.

Therefore, in terms of health, these 'attributes' should be remembered - if one is to truly understand and benefit from 'natural,' methods to overcome sickness and dis-ease.

​

THE PRACTICE - 'STILLNESS' AND 'SILENCE'

​

Practical steps can be taken by anyone because She is 'light' and 'soft' - She endures where there is 'Stillness' and 'Silence' - this is not 'sacred magic' - but the necessity of her Vibration - which is Love - this Vibration although universal and fundamental has certain characteristics, it abhors 'rancor' - 'strife' - 'selfishness' - and is ever present where there is 'forgiveness' and 'peace.' 

These qualities can be regarded as the 'preparatory grounds,' - which should be remembered by anyone seeking to use 'spiritual techniques,' in healing and self-healing.
